It lets you give keep giving bumps once you reach your limit, but the person you bump doesn't necessarily get credit either. Do they have to not be at their limit for credits or something? How's that work to help them out?

I THINK once you reach your bumps for the day you don't get credit for it, but the other person should still receive credit for it unless they have met their extra credit cap.
