What is your child going to be for Halloween?

My son hasn't made up his mind yet, he has some ideas, but no definite decison. Has your child decided on a costume yet?

  • DD wants to be Jessie from Toy Story. The Disney costumes are fairly expensive, even if bought @ target or walmart, so I'd like to get crafty and make our own. I found a cute red cowgirl hat at target and I'm sure there's cow print material at a local craft store. My dad's name is Buz, so we might do a family theme, with the other granddaughter being Rex 'cause she loves dinosaurs.

  • I have 3 boys and they are going to be Mario, Luigi and the little mushroom toad guy! (I forget what his name is!)

  • LoveBuggsMommie, I saw a homemade jessie costume when we saw the movie and they braided red yarn and glued it to a red cowboy hat, just an idea!

  • My aunt gave us a vampire costume so my 6 yr. will be that. Baby will only be a few wks old so he stays home with me. 14 yr old isn't anything but himself.

  • My son (3) is going to be Buzz Lightyear and my daughter (5) is going to be Jesse (cowgirl) from Toy Story. Found both costumes at WM for less than $20 each!

  • My 5yr old son decided he wanted to be Buzz Lightyear and my 2 yr old daughter is going to be a fairy. I tried them on them when we got home and they looked so cute! This is the first year that we've ever been able to buy our kids costumes brand new so it's kinda nice and exciting.

  • No idea. I don't think we are going trick or treating, because that is a visitation weekend for DH/SD and we have to have her home at 6pm. I think we will probably just get some Hershey's kisses and hide some in the living room for the girls to find.
