Do you start decorating for Christmas before Thanksgiving?

I have both sides of our families for Thanksgiving dinner, so I don't want to decorate for Christmas until Thanksgiving is over. I also think it adds to the anticipation of Christmas by waiting.

  • Sometimes. I try to wait, but I get too excited. I'll also sometimes decorate the day before, so the house is Christmasy for Thanksgiving. :)

  • If I am not making Thanksgiving Dinner my house is completely decorated for Christmas by that day...
If I am the one doing dinner then no, I will have the Christmas lights up, but nothing else, starting the
day after I will work until all the house decorated and will light up on the 1st of Dec.

  • I may hang outdoor lights before, but I never turn them on until after. Indoor decorations always go up on Black Friday.
