  • I wait til the end of the day. Because if I didn't would be in the kitchen FOREVER! but I do them every evening.

  • We put them in the dishwasher as they get dirty. That way when it gets full, I just add the detergent and start it up!

  • Depends on how tired I am... Most of the time, right away, but sometimes I leave the dinner dishes until morning.

  • My children have chores and they get done and I have to go in and find unwashed dishes. so I try to let them sit until they get home, but it does not work ,I have to wash them. I will give that child my dish day.

  • usually not
but ten yr old told by father to clear after dinner
as i saw this am, she did not
so i am leaving them for her when she gets home from school
and as i have told the older kids before.. the rule is, if told to clear dishes and did not...dishes have a way of reproducing into more

  • I typically don't do them right away. I usually do them once a day.

  • It depends on if my son actually emptied the dishwasher or not (his chore and sometimes he 'forgets'). If it is empty then I put the dirty in as they get used, and run it when it is full. If he did not put things away then I stack up the dirty on the counter (hubs has 'issues' wtih dishes stacked in the sink) and load/run later- after it is finally emptied.

  • My sons (12 and 14) take turns doing the dishes. They wait until they do them.
