  • Occasionally. Often we weait until later in the day to eat (lunchtime.) But we had omelettes and bacon the other day, and then yesterday we had eggs w/ peppers and onions, home fries and bacon. Yum. I wish we had the money to do that every day..

  • yes. Ham and cheese sandwich or cereal. In rare ocasions pancakes or eggs.

  • I rotate between oatmeal, cottage cheese w/Fruit singles and a scrambled egg w/toast. So it does'nt get boring.

  • I usually have breakfast, but the only thing about what I have that doesn't vary is coffee, lol. This morning I had peanut butter & crackers, yesterday yogurt, day before that a ham & biscuit, and the day before that one egg with toast. So, what I have for breakfast just depends on my mood. But, I am definitely a breakfast person!

  • I always have breakfast. My goal is to keep it between 300-400 calories and include healthy carbs, fiber and protein. It generally includes a combo of 1/2 cup Fiber One + 1/2 cup oatmeal, skim milk, peanut butter, a hard-boiled egg, or some low-fat yogurt.
