At what age would you recomend starting to feed baby fruits/veggies?

  • 6 months usually is when a child will start actually tasting things as opposed to just shoving them in their mouth.

    I would start with mushed banana...this is what I started with and then melon, mango, ..and now he is 11 months he loves sharing grapes with me although i tend to have to peel the skins.

  • i think it depends on the child. Some children are ready before others. My dd started at 3 1/2 months. she was a lil piggy when she was a baby.

  • your doctor will let you know when it's time! just ask the ped and they can give you info and help you choose what to start first and when
