  • Some low-cost mammogram programs are also available. These are often held during BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH,every OCTOBER. SOME DOCTORS, HOSPITALS, OR CLINICS also the NATIONAL BREAST & CERVICAL CANCER Early Detection Program will do it despite your ability to pay. Contact the American Cancer Society at  1-800-ACS-2345 to learn more about  special low-cost programs in your community.
