  • Baby is NOT spoiled. Your job as mom is to hold baby. Ignore anyone who even implies that the infant is spoiled.

  • Ditto what they said! He wants and NEEDS love and affection!

  • You are not spoiling holding him when he wants to be held, you are making him feel secure and loved. Your son will grow up feeling this way and will respond in kind. I held my son all the time. Now, at age 4, he is very secure and knows he is loved. He shows love openly and knows if anything bothers him he can come to me and will get the help or support he needs. Hold your baby and enjoy him. :)

  • yes i agree... but you need to do things sometimes... like go to bathroom ...fix bottles ... so it is not gonna kill him to cry a little either!

  • NO way! He is only four months.Hold that baby he will grow so fast! But ditto to going to the bathroom, shower and doing things that need to get done, he may have to cry for some.

  • You cannot spoil a baby. The more you hold them the better!
