My SO & I are both smokers, we usually share a pack that lasts us about 1 - 2 days. We have been slowly cutting back & tomorrow we plan on NOT smoking at all & calling it quits.
I have quit 2 times, the first time for my 1st pregnancy & the second time for my 2nd pregnancy. While I was pregnant I didn't even think about smoking at all ... but now I am back to it.
Any tips or advice on how to keep on with the quitting & not "craving" a cigarette? We have heard keep gum or little candies on hand, etc, but what has worked for you? btw, we do not want to use the patch or those smokless cigarettes, we want to be done for good! We're just not sure if will-power is enough!
