Erectile Disfunction adult content

I hear its pretty common, but DH doesnt want to talk about it or admit he has it. Every time during the middle of sex (maybe after 5-15min), his penis goes soft. It eventually gets hard again, but puts a hault to sex often. Is this a type of ED?
Also, what can be done about it? DH is convinced that the military doctors will not prescribe him medication for this problem. Is this true?
How might I be able to bring this up with DH without him dimissing it or feeling embarressed? I think it makes him feel like less of a man, without his penis working correctly.

  • He should see his PCM. He might be able to get something. I worked in a military pharmacy during the earlier parts of my career. Active duty members did get ED meds prescribed. If his PCM won't, he can get a referral to a urologist who will.

  • My SO is active duty and he has ED from HBP. He gets meds but I hate it when he is on them. I told him I would rather play and do what we can without using meds. We still have a good time even if he can't stay hard

  • My DH had high blood pressure for years while he was in the Army, they never caught it because everytime he went to the doctors on base his blood pressure was normal. So just because he was cleared to be healthy, does not mean he is.

  • Does he have high blood pressure or diabetes? That could be a factor. Or it could be stress. Guys are embarrassed about penis problems.

  • It could be more serious circulation problems. He should have a complete physical.

  • OP here. He doesnt have any health problems. He just had a physical 2 weeks ago, nothing wrong with him, or the military would have made him seek medical attention.
