What is the least I can give my son if he's not hungry when he comes home from school and afterschool so he won't have much on his stomach because he suffers from constipation or maybe it's acid reflux ?

  • How old is he? I think he should see a Doctor to find out what he Actually has. Neither constipation nor acid reflux is related. They are two totally different things. I don't even really understand the question. Is it that he CANT eat?? Please clarify for answers.

  • I don't really understand the question, but if you suspect your child suffers from constipation or acid reflux, then you should take him to see the doctor to figure out which it is. Either one can cause physical damage if left unchecked long term.

  • If he isn't hungry, don't force food on him. Forcing food on him when he is not hungry can cause issues too. And it causes obesity and other eating disorders.
