  • M-F I do 45 minutes of wii fit cardio. Plus I walk a mile to pick up my oldest from school. I rest on the weekends.

  • I try to workout everyday but 2 of the days I just take a brisk 3 mile walk which is nothing to me but I feel fat if I don't do something everyday

  • Typically 4 or 5 times a week, 1-2 hours a day (depending on what kind of workout it is)

  • Every day...

    Since I walk everywhere to do whatever I need to do.. I get a workout in every day.. Plus my yoga, pilates, jogging that I do throughout the week as well.. And my once a week Kendo practice.

  • I run/walk every other day for 45-60mins then I lift weights w/DH 2/wk

  • 6 days a week for at least an hour, I shoot for 90 minutes though
