  • All the time... Why would it bother me or you for that matter? I mean, you're killing time on CafeMom, is he expected not to have some free time for himself to just relax and enjoy? Hell, the last game we bought was for me...

  • Only when the grandchildren are around. Then he has a blast with them!

  • Yep. He's a gamer. Doesn't bother me though.

When he's gaming, I'm usually doing something myself.. Gaming on my laptop, hanging on CM, watching a Kdrama online...

So his gaming has never come in between us and our "us time". He's never put gaming ahead of me. If I need or want him to stop playing ( for whatever reason) he does without questions or issue.

  • Not as often as he used to thank God! It used to be constant and I couldn't get him off for anything. Now he only plays at night or while the kids are napping.

  • Not at all. He will play a racing game with our son once in a great while, but that's about it.

  • Yup (well, online super-nerd games like World Of Warcraft), but it's okay because I do too. :) I'm actually the one who got him started. He knows how to moderate and spend time with his family, is willing to stop if I need help with something, etc so it doesn't bother me at all.

  • Once in a while when he has time.

Answer by SparklingHope at 2:18 PM on Sep. 18, 2010

  • Sometimes, and now our kids like to watch him, so I get a little "me" time whenever a game is turned on.

  • My husband loves to play, but thankfully he only does on his nights off (he works 3rd shift), so it doesn't take up any of our family time. :)
