How tired is TOO tired?

I'm 6 weeks and 2 days along. I went from getting 9-10hrs of sleep in the beginning to feeling like I need more like 12hrs a night and fighting to not nap during my son's nap. How much extra sleep do I actually need right now? Is this normal? I remember sleeping a lot with my first pregnancy in the beginning but I didn't have the responsibilities that I have now to worry about. The house needs to be cleaned, I'd like to have enough energy to go to the gym, I go to community college online, I work, I have an almost 2 year all takes energy that I seem to be missing.

  • it's normal. and if you want to go to the gym you should. exercise is a good energy boost.
