What makes your sauce so good?

  • lol @ butterflyblue19! ;) I use chunky garden veggie(ragu), add mushrooms, hot sausage, sometimes ground beef too, a can of diced tomatoes, seasonings and then add cheese once it's plated.

  • I use about 1/2 cup of real parmesan cheese in the sauce for every quart. And I use an even combination of sweet italian sausage and ground beef.

  • Homemade! Sauteed garlic and onions, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, fresh basil, sugar and BALSAMIC vinegar. It i really the sugar and vinegar that give it a nice flavor.
