  • I did a low carb diet 4 years ago. I lost 50 lbs, in less then 6 months. I stopped eating bagels every morning, i stopped eating bread, pasta and rice, i stopped all carbs. On the weekend i would cheat, and thas ok to do. Anyway, i ate more chicken, beef, fish, salad, lots of veggies, and drank water all day long, i dropped it so fast, it really works and i have STILL kept it off 4 years later. You can message me anytime!

  • The best way is not the quickest way. The best way involves retraining your eating patterns and exercising more -- eat less, move more -- simple to say, less simple to do but the only method that has lasting results. Some of the quick method don't teach you how to eat after you finish the diet, so the weight comes back.

  • Have you tried the 'Flat belly diet'? I just started a few days ago and already lost 5lbs. But how much are you looking at losing?
