  • Wash the dishes! Lol it really does help. I think its because it let's u calm down & think for a few min. As much as I hate doing dishes it always seems to calm me down after, maybe its a distraction.

  • Exercise. Swimming especially is a huge stress reliever for me . . . I leave my stress in the pool.
