when you make french fries at home?

Do you fry them or bake them?

I've always baked mine whether they are store bought or homemade.

  • Bake because it is healthier & I can add all sorts of flavorings to my fries.

  • I always bake mine. I make them crispy by spritzing them with oil and broiling them for the last 5 minutes of the cook time.

  • Fried tastes soooo good but too smelly so we bake them.

  • I fry mine and sometimes bake them. They don't get as crunchy, like I like them, when I bake them though. Frying is more dangerous though. We just had a family lose their home last week because of a grease fire.

  • I bake them only because it's such a pain cleaning up after using oil ~~frying them would definetely taste better.
