Ive never used Redbox... Some explain please :)

Is there a membership fee or first time fee or anything that goes to redbox?
Or can we go up. Get the movie for $1.. And each day we have it it will only cost a dollar.
As a First Time Red Box User.. I can go & get a movie. Return it in the morning & it will cost only $1?? ...
(im debating- Go to Redbox (walgreens at the corner of our street)
or... Spend $4 on internet)

  • You're right. No fees just slice your card and return it the next day and only get charged a buck. Redbox is great!!

  • ((my son rented a movie through redbox)) I prefer the library which I can have a movie free for longer, because redbox is a bit out of the way for us. If you have one closeby it might work out nicely.

  • you just go and get your selection, it's $1 per movie. you get that movie for 24 hours. Each day after that is an additional dollar for up to 30 days. if it's not returned within 30 days they stop the $1 charges and you own it. No first time fee, no membership fee, and it's super easy to use. We used it for the first time when we were on our honeymoon because we were out of state and couldn't rent a movie with anyone else without opening an account, and we've been hooked since. And if you look online, alot of times you can find promo codes for free movies.

  • You can also return it to any they are great when you are traveling with kids and have a portable dvd player! If you are wanting to get one of the newer releases you should go online and reserve a copy at the location you want to pick it up, a lot of the times new releases go quickly!

  • To sign up youswipe your card and just put in an email address so they can email you your recipt. Rentals are $1 plus tax and like $1.60 plus tax for blueray per day. You just need to return the movie before 9 o'clock pm the next day or you just get charged 1 per day until it is returned. but it stops after 25 days and then you have bought the movie! they also sell some movies for 5 dollars
