How can I make my "flabby booty" into a "Getto booty"?

  • eat lots of protein before and after you work out and do strength training ment for your butt like squats. they have a machines at the gym that are for your butt, and you can also google exercises to tighten your butt.

  • squats and lunges. I used to have that 'ghetto booty' bt then got lazy. But just recently started doing lunges and squats and Im getting back there!!

  • i wish i had my ghetto booty back after i had my baby i lost it ugh so sad.....i work out 3 times a week an i do this machine at the gym that helps with ur legs an butt it aint helping me maybe its cus i aint puttin all my effort into it
