  • Swollen or tender breasts is a pregnancy symptom which may begin as early as 1-2 weeks after conception. Women may notice changes in their breasts, they may be tender to the touch, sore, or swollen. Nausea or Morning Sickness 2-8 weeks after conception. Frequent Urination 6-8 weeks after conception. • Honestly, every woman is different. With my first pregnancy my breasts were so sore I couldn't touch them at 4 weeks pregnant. I'm 4 weeks now with my 2nd and I have no breast tenderness. I didn't have any symptoms of pregnancy other than a missed period. All the symptoms that the ladies listed above are the same symptoms as PMS right before your period and are not sure signs of pregnancy. I know...it's VERY frustrating to wait to test! Good luck.

  • If you feel like you have an alien in your belly that is trying to claw it's way out, you are probably pg and pretty far along. lol
Sorry, had to be a smart butt. Otherwise, some women show NO signs of being pg. Every woman is different.
