strong smelling pee?

All 3 of my kids (4,2, & 4months) always have very strong smelling pee in the morning. When i change my two in diapers first thing when they wake up, sometimes its so bad it actually burns my nose and eyes :-/

im assuming this isnt normal. They drink plenty of juice, milk and water.
What is causing this? How can i help it?

  • My first thought is too much juice and not enough water. Cut down on the juice. You can also water down the juice, plus give them water when not drinking the juice. What worked for my daughter was one part juice to three parts water. This helped to increase her daily water intake.
