My baby is very stuffy!!!

what can i do to help her ??? She has very difficult time falling a sleep. she cries all night long.

  • I would prop the mattress up a little (putting a rolled towel or thin pillow under the mattress) and clean his nose with baby nose drop by putting a few drop of the nose drop solution in a Q-tip and cleaning each little hole with it every 2 or 3 hours.

  • I would also prop the matress up and use Little Noses saline drops with a blub syringe to suction her out. Also, you could try a cool mist humidifier

  • In addition to the humidifier, saline drops and suctioning, I also put children's Vicks on my son's back and chest. It seems to help him sleep better.
