I exercise everyday. I run, do lunges, squats, boxing, crunches, bicep, tricep, back and shoulder exercises and etc.. I workout for 2 hours. I end up only burning anywhere from 150-200 calories a day. How many do you burn a day?
I feel like that is not enough to burn in a day. I read somewhere you need to burn 500 calories everyday. No way I could burn that much, unless I worked out all day long, but I have 3 kids so that's not even possible to do. Is 150-200 calories ok, or should I be burning more?
