  • I buy as much organic as possible and they always just ate what we were eating... so, often.

  • When you start feeding your baby at 6 mo making food for your baby can be easy. Making baby food or preparing homemade food sound difficult (to me). I shop at a natural foods grocery where my son works for most of our food. However most large grocery stores have organic foods. You can find lists online (google) of the foods that are important to buy organic and the foods that don't matter that much. If you are eating well usually you can just fork mash what you are eating and let the baby feed himself. Or you can finish off something you make for the baby like a banana or sweet potato. If you are making something you know the baby likes you can make extra to keep in the fridge or freeze.
