How do I get out of this rut?

I've been so forgetful lately its starting to scare me..

I left my keys in the break room at work for 5 hours, and today I tried to make some tea.. turned on the wrong burner and melted a bottle... it shouldn't have been there in the first place but still..

I've been doing that with so much stuff like not even remembering where my glasses are or where i put my phone or anything :(

  • Aw I'm sorry, I have been there. :( The best thing you can do is eat well - big breakfast, mama! Lots of protein! - and get lots of sleep.

  • Slow down and try not to think of other things when you are doin something. Focus and rest.

  • Lots of sleep, good food, and a day of relaxation and no stress should help.. maybe a mommy day at the spa.
