I read that a child between ages 5-8 should get 10 hours of sleep. Are your children getting enough hours of sleep. My daughter only gets 9 hours of rest so we are working on making bed time 30 minutes earlier.
Sunday-Thursday they go to bed at 9pm and get up for school at 6:45am...almost 10hrs we live across the street from the school and my kids love to eat bk at school they say the selection is better (well excuse me...lol) so they get up brush there teeth's, get dressed with there uniforms and we walk across...and they have to be in school between 7:15-7:30 for bk and bells rings at 7:45am for class.

Sleep is also dependant on the child. My 4 year old goes to bed 8pm and wakes at 7.30 for pre-k.
