How can I.... adult content

Ok, boobie question. I went from being a size D cup, to a EE when I was pregnant/nursing, and now I'm a C. So needless to say, they're pretty saggy. Is there any exercises I can do to tighten things up a little?

  • I rotate my shoulders foward and backward, I do it with my elbows bent and my hand pointing up and also with staight arms so that my fingers point out. I only do 10 of each so it totals 40 because one thing I learned while selling sports bras is that to much upper body excersize can leave a woman looking more manly. We all have peck muscles so I just want to keep them toned and the whole boob tight, I don't want the 4 boob look because of big pecks!
