  • MoMoFu---mmmmm Shepherd's pie! I make that, only with creamed corn instead of carrots and ground chicken instead of beef. Super yummy, especially with a little Old Bay sprinkled on the mashed potatoes and then thrown in the oven for 10 minutes for the potatoes to get crispy on top!

    We're having chicken parmesan with organic sauce served over organic rigatonis....yummy!

  • it is cloudy and only 56 degrees so i am thinking mashed potatoes veggies and hamburger put into one w/ spice. somewhat lazy but mashed potatoes and carrots boiled and mashed together -hamburger cheese yum.

    The first time I made it, the rice was under-cooked; so this time, I cooked the rice seperate and It was delicious!

  • Beef roast with onion gravy, rolls or biscuits, roast potatoes and carrots and corn on the cob. And homemade apple crisp for dessert!
