why don't buses have seat belts?

  • Kids aren't on them long. or they aren't suppose to be on more then 20 minutes..well thats the rule here at least.

    our buses all have seat belts but they are tucked under the seats and the kids who won't stay in their seats sit in the front with seat belts on

  • 'They' figure it would be more of a hazzard if they were in them during an accident and they all needed to get out quickly, how would the do and undo them.
