Make it fun......
We had great fun playing with the cheese cubes.... stacking them up on the table, kniocking them over.... same with carrots / celery...
Baked chips are great, use them to draw with sauce ! Cook them in the oven and htey're very low in fat and a good source of carbs, also not a lot of taste.
Don't worry, kids pick up on stress so easily, makt it fun, and enjoy it yourself.
Don't think of it as a 'he's failing to eat' ..... think of it as 'he's learning how to enjoy food'....
Our daughter refused flatly to let us feed her, she's 2 1/2 now, eats sushi, chilli, loves, ,absolutely loves curry and rice. Proper spicey curry too, especially the tomato ones.
Don't make it a battle, just keep offering little bits of whatever you're eating.
