  • Is he diabetic? Pins n Needles feeling is when your extremities "fall asleep" from irregular blood flow to that part of the body for extended periods of time. He should be taken to a doc and doc should be aware of this.

  • I agree with truthteller. It could be diabetes. My dad has neuropathy in his hands and feet caused by diabetes. Take him to the doctor and have his blood sugar tested.
