  • Exercise and eat right. I do a lot of cardio and I burn a lot of calories just off that. I do a lot of running.

  • The best way is not the fast way -- eat less, move more, learn healthy eating habits and the weight will come off and stay off, just not quickly.

  • to lose weight quickly and keep it off you should work out for 30-45 minutes 5 days a week and reduce your caloric intake by 250-500 calories a day. Make sure you drink a lot of water and take 1-2 days off a week to rest and recover. Do not deprive yourself of every sweet or desert. If you want something, have a small portion of it and don't feel bad about it. You can do it. :)
