are you ever a different person when u dont get sleep?

when im really tired, im like a diferent person. im irritable, snappy, and just in a bad mood. i have a 2 in a half yo son, and a 7wk old im just always tired. but some days are worse than others..anyone else feel this way when theyre super tired??

  • i have a husband, and he works midnights-so hes sleeping majority of the time..the 2hr naps during the day ppl say works, but it just makes me more tired! so i dont even do them. also, i jus feel so depressed and alone..

  • I can not sleep for some time, but when I reach my limit, then nothing metters, I just have to sleep!

  • I'm different when I'm sleep deprived. Take a 20 min power nap, set a clock, you won't feel like getting up but make yourself get up and you will feel so much better. That's why they call them power naps, you actually do feel better after. Good luck hon.
