  • My daughter loves "fairy sandwiches". Wheat bread, mayo, sliced cheddar and apples. Super healthy and light and I really think she only likes it for the name. Lol. I also do "pirate cakes" English muffin with pepperoni and cheese, microwaved 10 sec to melt it just a tad and done. Really sometimes the best way to spice it up is to call it something fun.

  • My sons love a chicken stripes side of a tortilla with cheese rolled up. Some times they add ranch or lettuces. its fast easy and they can eat it cold.

  • Get cookie cutters and start cutting the sandwhiches into shapes. I've known parents who've gotten small items from the dollar store and put them in there when their kid had done good that week.

  • English muffin pizzas: pizza sauce, shredded mozz. and the little baby pepperonis or Canadian bacon you find in the supermarket. Bake for 10-15 in 350 degree oven.

Tortilla roll ups: Spread onion and chive cream cheese over tortilla, then a little shredded cheddar, next two slices of Sara Lee deli turkey or ham...cut into pinwheels or eat as a roll up.

Tortilla roll up: use strawberry cream cheese and strawberry slices and roll it up.

    Mac-n cheese
    Homeade chicken strips
    Tuna salad with club crackers
Salad: taco salad, lettuce salad, chicken salad, pasta salad....
    Ham and cheese pitas
    Pig in a blankets
Any leftovers you have: spaghetti, meatloaf and mashed potatoes, chili...etc...

Veggies: green peppers, cucumbers, baby carrots, raw broccoli, cauliflower, with hummus or other dip. Celery with cream cheese
Fruit: bananas, apples, peaches, pears, nectarines, grapes, strawberries. plums
