  • I usually have chips/dip, vegetable tray, crackers & cheese, chex mix, and some fresh fruit (like grapes, strawberries..things you can eat w/ your fingers)

  • Well, you can have all sort of things. However, for my son's upcoming party we're ordering a bunch of pizzas, making a huge tossed salad, getting some fruit and veggie trays, and my mom is also making this apple salad with different stuff in it. And then, of course, ice cream and cake. :)

  • I ordered a sub sandwich from the grocery store as lunch (since the party was around noon) and purchased small containers of mayo & mustard & pickles. I also got potato salad from the deli and a mixed fruit tray from the produce department. For snacks I got Sun Chips and Chex Mix. Everything was light so people didn't feel too sluggish and also so the kids didn't have to wait too long to go swimming.

  • Well, at all of my daughter's birthday parties, we've only done a cook-out. So the only "snack" we had was chips and they ate that along with their burgers and hot dogs. But maybe finger food? Chips, crackers, mini sandwiches, vegetable tray, fruit tray, cube cheese, cold cut and cheese rolls, pizza rolls, lil' smokies, meatballs, pigs in a blanket.
