  • yes, basically the "right' ways with servings of each group and now if I could only stop eating at night time..

  • Yes, I started back on Weight Watchers on 9/7. I want to lose about 15-20 pounds. The same 15-20 I've been wanting to lose since my son was born 3.5 years ago. Sigh. First week I lost 3.5 pounds. Have been doing REALLY GOOD, got on the scale today (although my weigh in date isn't until Wednesday, I got curious...) and EFFING GAINED 2 POUNDS BACK. WTF??? I'm so disappointed, I have been really good, totally staying within my points range, so frustrating, but I'm staying on track.

  • I guess you could say that I am on a diet. I am all about eating healthy & portion control. I do well most of the time, but I indulge every now & again.

  • yes i am i have lost 47 pounds and i also plan on losing 3-13 pounds i will be so happy with that

  • i don't know if i would call it a diet but i have started watching what i eat and exercising and i've lost 7 pound in 3 weeks
