What do you do when you have a picky eater? Any ways to be sneaky?

Likes raw veges, not cooked. Only likes apples and strawberries. Teenager which makes it hard to change his habits and not so willing to try new things. I tell him when he gets married his wife may have a hard time cooking for him. He needs to be willing to take test bites of things and make up mind if he likes it or not. He has grown well, so he is not undernourished.

  • he's a teenager? tell him too bad... he's old enough to understand that his body needs certain things... if he doesn't eat right at the table make him take vitamins.

  • make him cook. tell him this is what you want and if he doesn't like it he can cook for himself. every man needs to know how anyway. if he's a typical man, he'll be too lazy to learn or too macho and will eat what you cook just so he doesn't have to put on that apron.
