  • Push ups, dips, lunges, squats, crunches combined with cardio. Jump roping is also an excellent way to get cardio in while building muscle.

  • I do 30-40 minutes of cardio every day and some resistance training 5 days a week. I'm burning fat and building muscle. It's great!! as long as you eat healthy it should work

  • I'll do an hour to 2 hours of cardio everyday. I do different types of lunges, squats and crunches everyday. I do a lot of running, too.

  • Heavy weight lifting. The more muscle you build the more calories you will be burning 24/7 to maintain it.
