Does anyone else feel hungrier after snacking?

  • Used to until I learned the trick - have small portions of 2 different kinds of things when you snack, and make sure one of them has natural fiber. So have some apple slices and some yogurt, or celery sticks and cheese. And stay away from fake-sugar things, the artificial sweeteners actually stimulate chemicals in your brain to make you feel more hungry.

  • Yes especially if I eat something sweet. I just want MORE!! So I try to stay away from sweets or I I have to fight myself to not take another!! I have chocolate candy calling my name right now!!!

  • I feel this way all the time. I eat something sweet then I want something salty and vica versa. What a circle!
