Anyone have a super delicious recipe for banana pudding?

I just read someone else's question about banana pudding and now I want some! lol

I don't eat whipped creame to please anything without that in the mix is great. :)

  • banana pie pidding
    Ingredients
    2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
    3 bananas, sliced into 1/4 inch slices
    1 1/2 cups white sugar
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    2 cups milk
    3 egg yolks
    2 teaspoons butter
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    3 egg whites
    1/4 cup white sugar

    Directions
    1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2.Line the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate with a layer of alternating vanilla wafers and banana slices.
    3.To Make Pudding: In a medium saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups sugar with flour. Mix well, then stir in half the milk. Beat egg yolks and whisk into sugar mixture. Add remaining milk and butter or margarine.
    4.Place mixture over low heat and cook until thickened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Pour half of pudding over vanilla wafer and banana layer while still hot.

  • Banana Pudding Cake
    1package yellow cake mix
    1package instant banana pudding mix
    4 eggs
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    3/4 cup mashed bananas
    2 cups confectioners' sugar
    2 tablespoons milk
    1 dash vanilla extract
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    Directions
    1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees1Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
    2.In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and pudding mix. Make a well in the center and pour in eggs, water, oil and mashed banana. Beat on low speed until blended. Scrape bowl, and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pan.
    3.Bake in a preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes, or until cake tests done. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
    4.To make glaze: In a small bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, milk and vanilla. Whisk until smooth and of a drizzling
