i totally pulled a muscle!

in my groin- right in front my pelvis area. walking,getting up, moving etc sucks. do you know of anything aside from time that can help out? I know i am kind of just stuck with it but suggestions on anything else would be nice.

I have called my doctor. they told me to just be more still and let it heal. I think i am catching strep (it is going around).. double wammy of d00m lol

  • I did that when I was pregnant with my son. OUCH!!!! Rest as much as possible.
