  • Depends on the dinner. If it's a protein alone, 2 or 3, usually a couple veggies and some kind of starch. If it's something where it's all mixed together like a giant taco salad or casserole, usually just bread because there's more than enough veggies inside. Pasta gets bread and a salad.

    Sometimes a veggie and a fruit.
    And on occation a veggie and some sort of starch.

  • It depends on what for dinner. 1 meat,1 starch and 1 veggie. Then you home made chicken pie where everything is together

  • Depends on the meal. Usually a veggie and a starch, but if its a veggie heavy entree, then I just serve a carb.
