  • CRACKERS CRACKERS CRACKERS!!!! Thats how I helped mine! Good luck SWEETY! I had a lucky pregnancy though, I didnt throw up once. Keep them by your night stand and nibble on them before you get out of bed or even get up! It will help I promise! (it might be why I didnt get any M/S lol)

  • In all seriousness now. try the anti-nausea bracelets. They put pressure on your pressure point in your wrists. They recommend them to cancer patients. They really work! My daughter had severe morning sickness for four full months and they were the only thing that helped. We even used them the last time we had the stomach flu and it really helps subside the nausea. They are cheap and you can order them online.

  • My sister in law gave me the only remedy that worked for me - suck on a lifesaver or lollipop. I used to buy the plain fruit lifesavers or orange tic tacs to suck on when I felt sick.

  • Sounds CRAZY but fruit loops.... eat a couple hand-fulls and don't drink anything for like an hour after. My Ob/gyn told me and said it helped her. That is the ONLY thing that helped with mine. I had morning sickness ALL day and night, the whole 9 months!!!
