When you buy a book, do you prefer Hardcover, or paperback?

I personally love paperback books. I despise hardcovers. I have some, only because they weren't released in paperback yet. What about you?

  • Definitely paperbacks. I love the silky feel of the covers. And they're easier to read in bed.

  • I hate hard covered books. I am waiting for a book to come out at the beginning of October and I want to buy it and read it but I would rather not because I know that it is going to come out in hard covered. I hate reading them, they take up more room, cost more and I just do not like them.

  • lol Its the opposite with my kids. The hardcovers seem to call out "play with me." While they know better than to get 10 feet near the paperbacks haha.

  • I PREFER hard cover, but they are so hard to find when it comes to the kinds of books I read. I do however make a point to get all the classics in hard cover...
