    Definitely leggings. Thigh high boots. A pencil skirt.
    This would go with many things. Are you thinking red? That limits you some as to what you wear it with.

  • lots of things.. black leggings or black dress slacks..
    khaki colored dress slacks or jeans...
    gray leggings or dress slacks...
    Even jeans..

    (just not colored legging, or a bright green turtle neck, lol, keep it sort of neutral for an underneath color pallet).
