  • SUNSCREEN! Wear it, sunny or cloudy. I promise you that it will make a HUGE difference if you wear it daily. The sun ages people more than anything else, even stress.

  • Sun screen, hats, sunglasses... staying out of the sun.

To lighten spots you already have put a Vitamin C cream on at night.

  • there are all kinds of products out there for just that purpose - but none of them really work - just ask me - i've tried them all - according to my dermatologist, they come from the sun exposure that you have let your hands and face or anywhere on your body where you have these little brown spots become exposed to - they are also from age - i have bought every product on the market - after my 14-year-old granddaughter mentioned to me, "mimi, you would look so much better if you didn't have those little brown spots on your hands and arms"!! from the mouths of babes - lmbo - when she was 3, we were on vacation in ocean city, md and in the middle of a crowded beach, she said, quite loudly to her mommy, "mommy, mimi has a mustouche - well my dil was mortified - yes, that IS when i started to get my upper lip waxed - roflol - grands - you gotta love them, but they tell it like they see it - smiles

  • "age spots" are most likely sun damage, but you should have any spot like that on your face checked out by a Dr. As others have said.......wear sunscreen
