What are good Christmas present ideas for a 1 year old girl?

We are military so we live far away from family. Every year they ask us where we made the wish list online. Well I had my 3 (almost 4) yr old DD help make hers. It was easy. Zhu-Zhu pets and Pet shops. Well I can't think of what to put on my 1yr olds list. She likes music but I already put a baby cd player on layaway. I also put a small remote control dog on there for her (its simple). So I need help. what are good presents for 1 yr olds? She will actually be about 18 months by Christmas. I just can't think of anything else she needs or wants. But I know family will ask. Oh and she has way more than enough clothes.

  • How Lucky she has enough clothes. That's good. I think a nice ride on toy. A walking to ride on toy.. Kind of thing. Its helpful for walking and playing. Good luck! Our little Lillian Rose will be 15 mos. old then as well Hope she gets what she likes Best!

  • A baby doll, books, hair bows. Crayola came out with these big chunky crayons that a 1yr old could hold in her hand with poster paper so she can use her motor skills and scribble!!

  • Books, stacking toys, dolls --soft and large ones, cds for music and stories. Kids love hearing stories on tape read by grandma/grandpa or other loved ones. Shape sorters are good.

  • My LO got a mega blocks piano that she loves, we also did a big tonka truck, balls, anything that you wouldn't normally buy them throughout the year, chunky wood puzzles, and lots and lots of books.
