  • regular sleep & lots fo water. Dehydrated people tend to have darker circles under their eyes. Waterproof mascara because it doesn't come off as easily making the eyes even darker. Good maeup helps a lot too. Tea bags work good for the eyes too. Some people can't help it though. They just have thin skin around the eyes which makes it easier to see the blood vessels underneith.

  • Dark circles do not always come from lack of sleep, but in your case with the new baby and all..... it probl. is. NO creams work, at least none that i have ever tired worked there magic with me....lol . i use the consealor from almay to hide some of it.

  • Hydroquinone. Requires a script but will help lighten the dark circles.

  • I have dark circles too, I have terrible allergies plus alot of nights I don't sleep well. But I tried Bare Essential Minerals online and if you can afford this it is wonderful. It covers all blemishes and gives you a beautiful radiant look. No store brand works, I can't afford it so but maybe you can.

  • Mary Kay's Targeted Action Eye Revitalizer is the only thing I've found that gets rid of dark circles.
