Do those toning shoes really work?

Anyone see results? If so, after how long and how often are you wearing them?

  • I have! So far I haven't done any major exercise or been on a serious diet, but I wear these shoes everywhere (they're quite comfy actually). So my first week, I tried to have less sugar and I walked 3 miles that week, I lost 2 lbs! I've definitely noticed more muscles in my legs and my husband says my butt is disappearing (to his dismay, lol).
Oh, and I didn't get the expensive rebook or sketchers ones. Mine were 39.99 from payless shoe source and they're Champion Fitness shoes :D
All in all, a very good investment I think. Makes going to the grocery store a work out!

  • from what they have said-that actual shoe does nothing, but if wearing them makes you feel like working out more or walking more then that's worth something

  • I'm going to get some, only because I keep reading that they are comfortable. I need comfy shoes because of the severe arthritis in my ankle.

  • I think it is all just a scam I have friends who wear them at work and in no way does it look like they help! Don't waste your money just hit the gym!
